My approach to domestic relations cases is different from the other areas I practice. I believe that, unlike the other areas, the client usually knows best about how their domestic problems should be resolved. To the extent that it is practical, I encourage my clients to work with their spouses to resolve their domestic issues without prolonged and expensive litigation, especially when there are children involved.

I believe that each client should have a chance to resolve their domestic issues with less legal involvement. If a case becomes bogged down or unable to resolve itself, than I am ready to take it to the courthouse for a trial.

Divorce cases do not need to be prolonged and expensive.
