Aggressive representation with a direct and personal approach.
I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School (now the Bowen School of Law) in the spring of 2000, and passed the Arkansas Bar Exam that summer. I opened my solo practice in 2001 after roughly one year as an associate with the Little Rock law firm of Horne, Hollingsworth and Parker, P.A.
My practice has always focused on multiple areas, but overtime has gravitated to the following areas: Social Security disability claims, personal injury and workers compensation claims, ERISA cases, estate planning and probate administration, domestic relations, basic business related services, contractual disputes and criminal defense. I have a general practice which utilizes a wide variety of legal knowledge to assist my clients in accomplishing their goals.
My general approach to each area of my practice is the same; I strive to provide reasonably priced aggressive representation in a courteous, friendly and respectful manner. I find myself becoming friends with many of my clients during the course of representing them, and I am proud of the fact that most of my business is generated by word of mouth. I treat each client the way I would expect to be treated, and I hope that each client's representation concludes on a positive note.
I have been practicing law for over ten years, and my solo practice has been located on the seventeenth floor of the Regions Bank building at 400 W Capitol in the heart of downtown Little Rock since 2001. My location at the corner of Capitol Avenue and Broadway provides quick walking access to each of the major courthouses in Little Rock, the Workers Compensation Commission and the Social Security Office of Adjudication and Review. There is metered parking on the streets surrounding the Regions Bank building, and there is a covered parking deck on the north side of the building accessible by 4th street.
