Experienced Attorney Representing Commercial Drivers

If you have a driving career and require a commercial driver’s license (CDL), the stakes are much higher for you than they are for regular drivers. If you receive a ticket on the job or even in your personal vehicle, it could cost you a lot more than a fine. A traffic ticket could ruin your career. More than anything, at a time like this, you need a lawyer you can trust to protect your career and your future.

For more than 20 years, I have provided sound legal counsel and aggressive representation for clients in all types of legal situations. At Daniel A. Webb, PA, in Little Rock, Arkansas, I handle cases involving threats to my clients’ CDL licenses. If you have questions about protecting your CDL, I can help you understand your rights and options for keeping your license and protecting your career.

Defending Your License And Your Livelihood

Numerous violations and criminal offenses can result in the loss of your CDL. It is critical to defend against violations that occur while driving in your official capacity, crimes like driving while intoxicated that occur whether you are driving in your official capacity and certain crimes that have nothing to do with driving but could cost you your license.

There is too much at stake to try handling your own defense if you are a CDL driver. I provide strong defense against all types of criminal charges against CDL drivers. With more than 20 years of legal experience, I know how to handle these cases and how to protect your future.

Time Is Of The Essence

If you have been charged with a crime or any type of traffic violation, talk to me right away. The sooner you get me involved with your defense, the more I can do to help you. I will call the court where you were ticketed and enter a not guilty plea. Generally, you will not have to appear in court on the arraignment date listed on the ticket you received to enter a plea.

It is critical that you not plead guilty to a traffic violation when we can fight it. Even minor violations will add points to your license. When too many points accrue, you will lose your CDL, so it is critical to fight even minor violations aggressively.

Please call early. The later you call, the higher the stress level for everybody. After entering your not guilty plea, I will set a trial date, and we can discuss the appropriate strategy to best benefit you as a CDL holder.
